Scrollavezza & Zanré

After training at the Parma School of Violin Making, Elisa and Andrea are carrying on the teaching tradition established by Renato Scrollavezza in 1975. In 2002, they founded Scrollavezza & Zanré, gaining growing international recognition as one of Italy’s leading violin-making workshops, a center active in historical and scientific research and publishing, and a point of reference for musicians and collectors seeking fine antique and 20th-century stringed instruments. Elisa and Andrea have curated exhibitions and given presentations for prestigious international institutions, including the Galleria Nazionale in Parma, the Museo del Violino, Dextra Musica, VSA, and EILA, of which they are both members.
